The Balkans International Wine Competition took place in Sofia from 30 – 31st of May. We are proud to announce that our wines were rewarded with 5 medals. We are extremely grateful to the jury and to Galina Niforou for the event and for the invitation to be a part of it.

Spiritus Sanctus wines were presented for the first time on the international wine competition Mundus Vini, which is held every year in Germany and is part of the international wine fair – ProWein in Dusseldorf. Cabernet Sauvignon – vintage 2013, took gold medal and Syrah – vintage 2013, took silver medal.

Spiritus Sanctus Wines again were distinguished with medals on the international wine fair – Vinaria 2015.  Sensus Ver. 2 /blend/ took a gold medal, Muscat Giallo, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon – silver medals.

Spiritus Sanctus again won hearts and awards at the Balkans International Wine Competition 2014, which took place in Sofia, Bulgaria on the 7th of June. Our reds were the jury’s favourites – Syrah vintage 2011 was awarded the gold medal and our Cabernet Sauvignon vintage 2011 was distinguished with a bronze.

Spiritus Sanctus again won the hearts of the jury at the international wine fair Winery 2014 in Plovdiv. This time the star of the show that took home the gold medal was the dry white wine from the Viognier variety, with its intense and lasting fruit aroma and deep and harmonious taste.

Spiritus Sanctus celebrated the first cutting of the vines with traditional celebration in Susam village on the day of St. Triphon, the saint patron of wine and wine-making.  

Vinaria 2013 – a Great Success for Spiritus Sanctus Spiritus Sanctus showed an excellent performance in Vinaria 2013 Plovdiv. The second variation of the luxury blend Sensus, first introduced in 2012, was awarded a gold medal. The perfectly balanced combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah is on the market under the name of Sensus
